New Patient Examination and Consultation fee policy

A £40 fee is payable at the time of booking a New Patient Examination and Consultation appointment.

This fee covers a proportion of the consultation charge.

This fee is non-refundable if 24 hours notice to cancel is not provided.

Booking Procedure Appointments Policy

A deposit payment is required at the time of booking a procedure appointment.

The deposit is a proportion of the overall fee for the procedure and is paid in advance to secure the booking, you will be advised of this fee at the time of booking.

The deposit is non-refundable if 48h notice to cancel a procedure is not provided.

Cancellation Policy

Fees to secure an examination or consultation appointment will be non-refundable if 24 hours notice is not provided.

Fees to secure a procedure appointment will be non-refundable if 48 hours notice is not provided.

If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment we will try to see you but we may not be able to carry out your treatment. In these circumstances this will result in the loss of the booking fee and patients may need to re-book.
